Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement global BD strategy for biosimilars aligned with corporate objectives.
o Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in biosimilars.
* Deal Origination & Execution:
o Source, evaluate, and negotiate licensing, co-development, and acquisition opportunities.
o Lead end-to-end deal process including due diligence, valuation, and contract negotiations.
* Partnership Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with key external partners
o Represent the company in high-level discussions.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of BD projects.
o Provide strategic input on portfolio planning and lifecycle management.
* Market & Financial Analysis:
o Review and understand financial modelling and business case development for potential deals.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
* Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business (MBA preferred).
* Minimum 15 years of experience Pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in BD/Alliance management in biosimilars or biologics.
* Proven track record of executing complex BD transactions (licensing, M&A, partnerships).
* Strong understanding of global biosimilars market, regulatory pathways, and commercialization strategies.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
