The mission of the Partner Development Manager, MSP is to support the growth and retention of LogicMonitor’s Managed Service Provider ecosystem by developing foundational partner management and sales skills. This role focuses on supporting strategic MSP relationships, contributing to new partner sourcing efforts, and assisting in expansion and renewal activities to drive annual recurring revenue (ARR). Operating within a targeted coverage model, the Partner Development Manager builds product, partner, and sales expertise while progressing toward full ownership of MSP partners and sales motions.
Partner Support & Account Execution
Support a defined set of MSP partners.
Partner with Sales Engineering and cross-functional teams to support partner engagements and deal execution.
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and assist in advancing them through early sales stages.
Support full sales cycles by coordinating discovery, demos, and follow-up activities.
Support partner adoption of LogicMonitor by assisting with enablement activities, dashboards, reporting, and value-oriented touchpoints.
6+ years of experience in sales, partner management, business development, or customer-facing roles.
