The interdisciplinary team develops complex measurement systems for EUV lithography and optical systems for space applications. In close coordination between the project team and the customer, the requirements are defined and a corresponding system concept is developed. The team is also responsible for and supports the technical implementation of the design and the subsequent transfer to production.
