Our activity in Germany : Main activity : Airline Catering Key clients: United Airline, LATAM, Saoudia, Egypte Air… Headcount : 600 people As the commercial managerin the subsidiary: you are the interface between our airline’s customersand the internal team You will ensure allinformation (flight schedules, manuals, menu changes and any other instructions...)is distributed to all "key" people of the unit Ensure information isclearly understood, completed and applied by everyone Intensively control the complianceof the preparation and delivery of agreed services (flight checks, cheftables…). Ensure billing iscorrect: all items are charged at the right price. Provide excellentrelationship with Stakeholders to retain and create a unique operationaland commercial relationship. Provide centralized andfluid external / internal operational communication between the unit andclients. Control and monitors thecrew comment: adequate response within 24h00. Ensure proper executionof corrective actions. Create businessrelationships with new customers, allowing the signing of new contracts. Ensure that the airlinequality dashboard is maintained. #J-18808-Ljbffr
