HR Operations Internship
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to support our HR Operations team. As an HR Operations intern, you will be responsible for assisting in various operational HR tasks, recruitment activities, and HR-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support HR Business Partners in employment contracts, employee transfers, and other operational HR issues
* Participate in recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview scheduling
* Create and update forms and templates for our document library
* Work on HR-related projects with the team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good MS Office skills and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
* Fluent German and very good English language skills
