Overview
Senior Legal Counsel (f/m/d) - Labor Relations at Siemens Energy. The role focuses on strategic labor and employee relations work within large-scale reorganisations and transactions, with emphasis on negotiating and advising on works councils and co-determination topics.
Responsibilities
* Independent advisory on strategic large-scale projects, particularly reorganisations and restructuring topics
* Extensive experience in strategic labor law advisory related to (large) transactions or complex M&A projects from an HR perspective
* Handle inquiries on works constitution and other co-determination topics autonomously
* Advise and support business units and HR organization during business changes
* Lead negotiations with appropriate co-determination bodies and develop works agreements; collaborate with experts from different areas
* Conceive and, when needed, moderate training sessions, seminars and workshops
What you bring
* Successfully completed legal studies, ideally with a focus on labor law
* Extensive professional experience in collective labor law, project work and negotiation with works councils, preferably in an international group
* Entrepreneurial thinking, strong understanding of economic contexts and excellent negotiation skills
* Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and ability to explain legal concepts to diverse stakeholders
* Fluent German and English
* Stakeholder management and team spirit
