Responsibilities In this position, you will support strategic transactions and major legal initiatives across the international tire division. Your work will include: Leading and coordinating legal due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Preparing, reviewing and negotiating key transaction documents in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. Managing regulatory processes, including merger‑control filings and foreign investment approvals. Supporting the full transaction lifecycle, from initial feasibility assessments through signing, closing and post‑closing obligations. Developing guidelines and compliance procedures for the period between signing and completion. Managing relationships with external counsel, including guidance on scope, deliverables and budget. Requirements Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with bar admission. 2 years of post‑qualification experience, ideally with exposure to Corporate and M&A matters. Fluency in German and excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel when needed.
