Your future responsibilities:
* Responsible for the daily implementation of performance targets in collaboration with your team
* Coordinating your employees and liaising with team members to ensure safety, order, and cleanliness
* Supporting the shift supervisor in day-to-day operations and continuous process improvement
* Training and guiding new employees through work procedures
* You lead your team in a motivating, respectful, and results-oriented manner and serve as a competent point of contact and role model
What we’re looking for:
* Ideally, experience in warehouse logistics
* Some experience in team leadership
* Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system)
* You tackle challenges with a solution-oriented approach and can quickly familiarize yourself with new responsibilities.
