We are looking for an experienced Avionics Software & Hardware Certification Engineer to support a defense/aerospace project.

YOU...
* ensure compliance with DO-178C (Software) and DO-254 (Hardware) standards
* support certification activities for avionics software & hardware components
* perform low-level testing & unit testing in an embedded SW environment
* conduct FPGA and ASIC verification according to DO-254 requirements
* utilize VectorCast for automated software testing
* work with Ada programming language
* collaborate cross-functionally and provide guidance to teams on certification processes
Qualifications
YOU...
* have a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Embedded Software, Computer Science or a comparable course of study or training and a background in the aerospace or defence industry
* have a strong knowledge of DO-178C & DO-254 certification requirements
* have professional experience in embedded software verification & FPGA/ASIC validation
* are proficient in VectorCast, Ada, and low-level software testing
* have excellent communication skills to work across teams and stakeholders
* ideally have experience in Eurofighter projects
* are professional in English, both written and spoken
