Your responsibilities as a service technician (m/f/d)
* Commissioning, maintenance, repair, and servicing of (special) machines, (special) systems, and specific components
* Instruction and training of operating personnel directly at the customer's site
* Performing functional tests and feasibility analyses for special customer requirements
* Supporting customer trials in the technical center
* Close exchange and cooperation with the internal service department
What you bring to the table
* Completed training as an service technician, service engineer, electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification or many years of professional experience
* Experience in customer service desirable
* Professional experience in the field of mechanics or electronics required
* Independent and conscientious work ethic
* Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
* Customer-oriented quality and service awareness
* Willingness to travel (internationally)
* Driver's license class B
* Good English skills and basic German skills
