We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for public tenders, marketing, and sales to join our team at Destinus. Experience with European project applications is a significant advantage, as is expertise in contract management legislation and public tendering processes within Europe. Responsibilities
* Drive the tendering process and present a competitive bid.
* Act as a project manager for the tender team, which can include several engineers and internal and external suppliers, and be driving cross-collaboration towards the completion of the offer
* Derive a technical solution matching customer requirement together with the engineering team.
* Tender and sales support responsibility for the full-service portfolio which spans
* Attending conference meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers and provide technical support and clarification as needed
* Support and identify target cost and price and the winning strategy
* Keep track of the upcoming opportunities in the tender pipeline.
* Take ownership and deliver according to deadline.
* Communicating to different stakeholders both internal and external, global as local.
Requirements
* 3–8 years of experience in the defense or aerospace sector
* Technical or business degree.
* Tender work background or experience with export sales and commercial setups. Knowledge of the drone industry is a plus
* Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
* Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
