The Role:
* Enterprise Account Executive – New Business
* Frankfurt / Munich / Berlin
* €240K OTE (50/50) + strong benefits + career growth
* Own and develop ~40–50 named target accounts across the DACH region
* Supported by BDRs, marketing, and pre-sales
Leadership:
* EMEA sales leadership team made up of proven enterprise operators
* Hiring manager is a high-performing leader with 10+ years' experience in scaling enterprise teams across Europe
* Coaching-centric environment with strong cross-functional support
What You’ll Need:
* 3+ years of enterprise SaaS new business experience
* Native German speaker, fluent in English
* Proven track record of exceeding 7-figure quotas
* Comfortable building pipeline from scratch and managing full-cycle deals
* Experience selling to business stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Product, Design, Research, Digital)
* Located in or near Frankfurt, Berlin, or Munich
