As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries. Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

Service Delivery Management
This is what your day will look like
 * Being accountable and responsible for the delivery of one or several IT services (Application & Infrastructure) and managing them throughout their lifecycle.
 * Assist in the development and implementation of IT service delivery processes using the ITIL Framework and standard operating procedures.
 * Monitor service performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
 * Responsible for managing or participating in the vendor lifecycle management activities including RFP process, vendor contract negotiations, vendor contract management, vendor performance etc.
Incident and Problem Management:
 * Support the resolution of incidents and problems related to IT systems and services, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on users.
Change and Release Management:
 * Play the role of a Change Manager and assist in managing the change and release processes, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and governance related to the changes to IT systems and services.
Documentation and Reporting:
 * Maintaining proper documentations and regular reporting on critical success factors and key performance indicators
You come with
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
 * Hands on experience in IT architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
 * Strong understanding and hands on experience with IT service management using ITIL framework. Familiarity with other frameworks like COBIT, or ISO/IEC 20000 would be a plus.
 * Proficiency in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow & Jira) and systems would be a plus.
 * ITIL certification (Foundation level) is mandatory. COBIT5, TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect etc. are desirable.
