Become our Strategic Partner & Ecosystem Manager - Managed Technology (m/f/d) and help shape and grow the partner network that powers our world-class live production solutions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You develop and implement strategies for our international partner ecosystem, identify new technology and service partners, and build long-term strategic partnerships to expand our solution portfolio in live production, broadcast infrastructure, and event technology.
2. You continuously maintain and enhance existing partnerships, build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies, and conduct regular strategy and review meetings.
3. You collaborate with focus and key partners to develop business and go-to-market plans, define KPIs, financial targets, and milestones, and drive their successful implementation.
4. You create compelling partner value propositions, ensure partner technologies are optimally integrated into our solutions, and support internal teams in delivering integrated customer solutions for international projects.
5. You coordinate joint sales, marketing, and go-to-market activities with partners, identify new business opportunities, and assist our teams in developing and executing shared market strategies.
6. You manage sales strategies within the partner network, monitor pipeline, revenue, and KPIs via CRM systems (Salesforce), support partners through training, and represent RIEDEL at industry events and international trade shows.
7. You work cross-functionally, coordinating necessary resources and ensuring partnerships are effectively integrated into our projects, services, and existing processes and governance structures.
THAT'S YOU
8. Several years of experience in strategic partner management, business development, or building technology partnerships.
9. Ideally, experience in the broadcast, AV, media, or event technology industry.
10. Strong technical understanding and interest in solutions across audio, video, networking, and live production.
11. Proven experience in building and strategically developing partner ecosystems or technology partnerships.
12. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships at multiple levels.
13. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and managing partnerships, projects, or strategic initiatives.
14. Excellent English and good German language skills.
