Then I will be part of our event team and support us in the planning, implementation and communication of our trade fair appearances and events. As an engineering service provider with a focus on innovation and technology, we offer you exciting insights into the world of B2B communication - right at the interface between technology, brand and experience.
For the communications department, we are looking for a completed working student to support the preparation and implementation of corporate events and national and international trade fairs.
Your Tasks:
1. Support in the creation and operational implementation of innovative live communication concepts for face-to-face, hybrid and virtual event formats
2. Support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of national and international trade fairs in the areas of automotive, AI and software.
3. Contribution of ideas for the further development of IAV events and trade fair appearances Support in creating calculations, obtaining offers, order and invoice processing (SAP based) and coordination of service providers
4. Independent research into innovative event formats
5. Maintaining event overviews and status reports as well as creating briefing documents
6. General correspondence and office work
Necessary Skills:
7. Ongoing university studies (Bachelor/Master) in the field of media and communication sciences, cultural sciences, economics or social sciences or a comparable course of study with at least one year of study remaining
8. You have an affinity for corporate events
9. You would like to work in an exciting field of creative events, automotive, engineering, innovations, communication and design
10. You bring openness, curiosity, creativity and commitment
11. Organizational talent, team spirit and a structured way of working
12. Strong communication skills
13. High degree of initiative combined with a sense of responsibility and solution orientation
14. Very good knowledge of German (min. C1 level) and good knowledge of English (min. B2 level) both spoken and written
15. Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word)
Desired Skills:
16. Experience in dealing with new technologies would be desirable
17. Experience in project management and event organization is an advantage
Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly wage for this position is EUR 17.52.
