Your Role
As Senior Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of our Innvestor Relations Team within our Finance Department. This position plays a key role in shaping and communicating the company's financial narrative to the investment community. It also serves as a critical link between senior management and external stakeholders by acting as a strategic partner to the Head of Investor Relations. The position contributes directly to building long-term shareholder value by ensuring transparent, consistent, and credible capital market communication.
This requisition is an unlimited fulltime position to be located in our global Headquarter in Holzminden, Germany.
* You are responsible for further development and implementation of the investor relations strategy in close coordination with the Head of IR, the Executive Board, and relevant departments.
* You oversee the development, communication, and continuous refinement of a compelling equity story (strategy, market positioning, products, financial performance).
* You are responsible for organizing and executing capital market-related communication formats such as roadshows, investor calls, capital markets days, conferences, and annual general meetings.
* You coordinate and prepare reportings (including alignment with internal departments and external service providers).
* You ensure compliance with capital market regulations such as ad hoc disclosures, voting rights notifications, financial calendar, publications, etc.
* You are responsible for our content management and further development of the IR website
* You support in analysis of capital market trends, competitor activity, and investor feedback to continuously enhance the capital market strategy.
Your Profile
* You successfully completed your university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable qualification; CIRO certification is a plus.
* You have several years of relevant professional experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Financial Communications - ideally within a publicly listed company.
* You have in-depth understanding of financial metrics, accounting principles, as well as capital markets and ESG topics.
* You have strong communication and presentation skills, with a confident and professional demeanor in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
* You are structured, independent, and solution-oriented with strong team spirit and resilience.
* You are willing to travel to national and international Investor Relations events.
* You are fluent in both written and verbal English and German.
