The Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant/Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in Mirakl’s technology infrastructure, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle.To accomplish this, the Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant/Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.You will:Understand the client needs and position Mirakl’s products as the optimal solutionCraft and deliver tailored demos that highlight our technology's capabilitiesWork with AI technologies to support solution integrationDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our software, networking, and security infrastructureEngage in continuous learning through product, sales, and procedural training and certificationsMeet and exceed quarterly and annual objectives set by managementEffectively address and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)Requirements:Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or IT consultancy, ideally within software or management consultingStrong client-facing capabilities with a customer-first mindset and excellent communication skillsAdvanced skills in analysis, problem-solving, and delivering compelling presentationsAdaptable and quick to grasp new tools, environments, and processesDemonstrated success in identifying customer needs and aligning them with Mirakl’s solutionsConfident in communicating solution value across a range of industries and stakeholdersFluent in English; proficiency in German or French is considered a plusExperience in e-commerce or marketplace models is a plusWe welcome collaborators with their diverse perspectives and experiences to power us forward.
