Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Expert to join our team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of salaries calculated and handling employees' inquiries regarding payroll.
Main Responsibilities
* Participate in the payroll process on a monthly basis, collaborating with colleagues;
* Ensure the accuracy of salary calculations and check the integrity of the calculation;
* Handle employees' inquiries regarding payroll and maintain accurate employee records;
* Follow up on absences and illnesses, manage registration and declaration of employees at competent authorities, and assist with employee benefits administration.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or higher;
* 1-3 years of experience in payroll in Luxembourg;
* Good knowledge of salary calculation, labor law, social security, and payroll tax;
* Experience with using PayEase software considered an asset;
* Rigorous, analytical skills, comfortable with numbers, and excellent interpersonal skills;
* Autonomous, respectful of deadlines, and developed sense of customer service;
* Fluency in French and English; German/Luxembourgish an asset;
