This position offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to support a dynamic team within a fast-paced environment.Location: Berlin (Hybrid working available)Salary: €45,000 – €50,000 (depending on experience)The Role:As a key member of the team, you will provide professional support across a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is self-sufficient, highly organised, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:· Manage and maintain the company CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.· Act as a point of contact for landlords, handling correspondence via email and phone.· Support the team with the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials.· Assist with updating the company website and managing social media platforms.· Coordinate day-to-day office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.· Provide general support to the wider team as required.Requirements:· Previous experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordination role (real estate experience helpful but not required).· Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.· Self-efficient, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Fluent in German (essential); good English skills are an advantage.· Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/database systems.
