As Chief of Staff, you'll work hand-in-hand with Metalshub's Founders and Leadership Team driving strategic initiatives shaping growth and playing a key role in transforming the metals mining and recycling industry.
Your Mission:
* Strategy Steering: Take ownership of key strategic processes including setting and tracking OKRs ensuring alignment across all departments.
* Investor Relations: Collaborate with the Founders on building and maintaining strong relationships with our investors supporting fundraising and communication efforts.
* Commercial Projects: Lead critical business initiatives such as go-to-market strategies, market expansion, and business development projects to accelerate growth.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Stay close to performance data, analyze key drivers and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Problem Solving: Partner with departments to unblock challenges, drive impact and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects.
* Leadership Support: Act as a sounding board and trusted advisor to the Founders and leadership team managing competing priorities and enabling better decisions.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as management consulting, startups or scale-ups with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
* Highly analytical and quantitatively adept with a solution-oriented problem-solving mindset and a high level of energy.
* A track record of taking ownership and improving processes or outcomes.
* Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders and using constructive feedback and guidance to drive results.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
