Attention to all project managers and aviation enthusiasts: Eurowings Europe (EWL) is looking for a “Referent Projects and Office Management” (all genders) in full-time (40 hours) for a 2-year fixed contract. You can choose to work from either our Malta or Cologne office.
Tasks
1. You plan, organize, execute and monitor a diverse portfolio of projects, such as market entries, base openings or closures or sustainability related topics
2. You conceptualize and create strategy- and board presentations for the EWL management as well as for your manager
3. In close collaboration with the relevant Eurowings Aviation stakeholders, you ensure the successful implementation and execution of all real estate, procurement, and IT matters at all Eurowings Europe bases and office locations
4. You act as interface for EWL's performance management, particularly with a focus on Power BI topics
5. You support your colleagues in all other relevant topics at the N3 level

Requirements
6. You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience, or a successfully completed relevant vocational training and several years of relevant professional experience (e.g. in aviation)
7. You have already gained experience in project management, ideally in the field of aviation
8. You are analytically proficient in identifying problems and enjoy delving into new topics
9. You speak German and English fluently at a professional level
10. Discretion, as well as a confident and strong communication presence, are among your strengths
11. Business trips domestically and internationally are a welcome change in your daily work routine
