Duties & Responsibilities
You will support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of sales concepts and business initiatives within the NeuroRehabilitation channelYou will collaborate with HQ and local stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation across international marketsYou will gather customer, market, and stakeholder insights and translate them into recommendations that support continuous improvement of the sales conceptsYou will plan and support congress participation and other customer-facing eventsYou will collaborate closely with Product Management, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Patient Care, and other cross-functional teams to support strategic prioritiesYou will coordinate strategic projects and business initiatives, ensuring effective execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of defined objectivesYou will support the development and sharing of best practices, tools, and frameworks to enable successful implementation across marketsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Physiotherapy, or a related field3–5 years of professional experience in business development, commercial excellence, marketing, project management, clinical support, or a related role within healthcare or medical devicesExperience working in an international and cross-functional environmentStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations and business initiativesCustomer-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approachProficiency with Microsoft Office and related applicationsFluent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishWillingness to travel within EuropeExperience in training, education, congress management, or customer engagement activities is considered an advantageBenefits
