Your task:
* Development of concepts and specifications as well as design and engineering of modules and machines
* Planning and execution of process validations during the introduction of new equipment and products
* Monitoring and analysis of manufacturing processes, including machine capability and process capability studies to determine key performance indicators
* Identification and elimination of process instabilities and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes
* Application of statistical methods for data-driven production control
* Cross-functional collaboration with design, electronics, and software departments to optimally align machine processes with product requirements
* Creation and maintenance of documentation in accordance with internal standards and customer specifications
Your profile:
* Completed degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a comparable field
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
* Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methods and quality management standards
* Confident handling of analysis and evaluation software
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Structured and independent working style
* Strong communication skills
