About the Role:
As Senior Director Global Enterprise & Workforce Communications at BioNTech, you will lead end-to-end communication on organizational and workforce-related topics within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. Your core objective is to define and execute a corresponding integrated communication strategy and set of measures that align with business priorities, strengthen a unified narrative, and enhance BioNTech’s perception across all relevant internal and external stakeholder groups.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior leadership, including the Management Board and Chief People Officer (CPO), while act as key point of contact for HR, Legal, employee representation bodies, and external stakeholders such as media representatives to ensure consistent, impactful communication across the organization.
Your Contribution:
* Develop and implement communication strategies: Own end-to-end enterprise and workforce communications by creating impactful strategies and execution plans tailored to diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
* Advise senior leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the Management Board, in particular the CPO, and other key stakeholders on communication priorities related to organizational and workforce-related topics.
* Shape compelling narratives: Translate BioNTech’s corporate strategy and purpose into clear, inspiring messaging explaining the company’s organizational evolution.
* Drive collaboration across functions: Ensure consistent messaging through working closely with HR, Legal, Finance, CRS and other teams, while acting as the key point of contact for employee representation bodies including works councils, as well as journalists, politicians, and other stakeholders.
* Lead an agile team: Build and scale a high-performing communications team that reflects BioNTech’s culture and ensures its license to operate.
