The Toll Collect NeRZ project is building a new, service-oriented cloud environment. The goal is to modernize the deployment of Microsoft products through consistent automation (including via Ansible and Git) and transition it to stable, regular operation.
As an experienced Automation Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing standardized rollout processes for Windows server and client platforms to sustainably minimize manual administration efforts. In this key role, you will work independently at the interface between service delivery, development, and operations within a complex, hybrid infrastructure.

Core focus: Automation & Deployment
10. Development, enhancement, and automation of Windows server, client, and deployment platforms.
11. Focus on standardized rollouts to minimize manual administrative effort.
12. Automation of server/client deployment, software distribution, AD objects and processes via API.
Professional Skills & Operations
13. Application Management: Installation, maintenance and customization of standard (e.g. Exchange, SAP) and custom applications.
14. Infrastructure & Support: 2nd & 3rd level support for IT infrastructure and applications; incident and problem management.
15. Data management: Ensuring data quality at the application level; performing database tasks (tablespaces, indexes, reorganizations).
16. Capacity planning: Planning of medium- and long-term IT infrastructure requirements and implementation of data backup concepts.
