Your prospective job:
For our valued customer from the aerospace industry you will work as FPGA Firmware Engineer (m/f/d) in the Bremen area.
Your responsibilities:
* Planning, development and verification of complex FPGA designs from specification to finished hardware
* Architecture design for FPGAs with VHDL
* Design and verification together with the surrounding hardware
* Firmware development (creating VHDL codes, performing simulations)
* Creation and maintenance of documentation such as specifications, design descriptions, test procedures and reports
Your profile:
* Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science or comparable professional training
* Good knowledge in the field of digital design
* Programming skills in VHDL, Embedded C and C++
* Confident handling of common FPGA development environments and simulation tools
* Knowledge of the development standards ECSS or DO-254 or similar
* Experience with version management tools
* Good English skills are a must and German a plus
