Serving over 2,000 customers worldwide, our client operates across DACH, the UK, France, Scandinavia, and the Benelux region.
They are seeking for a strategic, hands-on, and forward-thinking Head of Workplace Experience & Office Operations (m/f/x) to lead all aspects of their office environments across headquarters and regional hubs in France, the Netherlands, and the UK. This is a foundational rol, their first of its kind, created to bring them closer together as a company by designing and operating workplace environments that unify how they work, collaborate, and connect across locations. More than traditional facilities management, this role is about shaping progressive, high-performing workplaces that reflect their culture, enhance employee engagement, and advance their business strategy, including the design and operation of customer-facing spaces. You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong execution to build environments that are enabled by data, KPIs, and modern technology, ensuring that their physical spaces are not only functional, but also empowering, inclusive, and deeply aligned with how we want to work and grow as a team.
Key responsibilities:
* Own and drive the alignment of workplace operations with company goals, connecting strategy to execution with speed and precision.
* Lead by doing: Design, build, and maintain high-performing physical environments across HQ and regional hubs, ensuring every detail supports productivity and brand experience.
* Implement hybrid work models and collaboration tools hands-on, directly managing rollout, adoption, and feedback loops.
* Actively use data and employee input to iterate on space planning, experience design, and operational effectiveness.
* Define, track, and act on KPIs that measure operational success, employee satisfaction, and workplace performance.
* Deploy and operate AI-enabled tools and automation for day-to-day tasks like space booking, maintenance, and visitor management.
* Manage & supervise daily office operations, including vendor relationships, compliance, safety, and facilities performance across all sites.
* Design and run internal events that elevate culture and engagement, often hands-on in planning and execution.
* Streamline admin processes by introducing scalable, self-service workflows that support a digital-first internal experience.
Who Are You:
* Profound experience in workplace, office operations, or facilities leadership, preferably in an international context.
* Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect physical environments to business outcomes.
* Experience with modern workplace practices, hybrid work enablement, and digital workplace tools.
* Data-driven and tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of AI and automation in operational contexts.
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and influence across functions.
* Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Fluent in German and English; French or Dutch is a plus.
