Your mission
* Carrying out and monitoring installations (worldwide)
* Start-up support
* Troubleshooting and maintenance of systems
* In-house training and training at customer’s site
* Customer audits
* Cooperation with R&D department
* Reporting
This role is open globally. You may be located anywhere in the world. While our headquarters is in Obernkirchen, Germany, relocation is not required. Hybrid work is possible.
Your profile
* Completed technical training in electronics, mechatronics, or a related technical field
* Solid expertise in optical measurement technology
* Proven hands-on experience in the installation, setup, maintenance, and repair of glass inspection systems
* Good understanding of computer systems and network technology
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
* Valid Category B driver’s license
* Strong customer focus with a service-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international clients
* High level of commitment, self-motivation, and a structured, goal-oriented approach to work
