You will play a vital part in our success by supporting employees with their HR queries, ensuring a great experience in every interaction.
The role is based on-site at our warehouse and provides support to our leaders. Your key responsibilities include:
* Solving employee queries and ensuring their interaction results in a great experience
* Working closely with leaders to support with absence and discipline cases
* Collaborating with managers to draft and deploy an engagement plan
* Actively working in our HR management system and maintaining case trackers, driving timely action where needed
* Supporting employees with benefits, policy & procedure queries and guiding them through the systems and service delivery model
* Delivering the cycle with coordination and administration related to hiring, onboarding, performance management, job moves, exit, etc.
* Implementing a comprehensive communication plan to ensure all updates reach all associates
* Ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of various HR-related documents
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great experiences, has empathy, and drives to take care of every query.
The ideal candidate should have:
* A knowledge of labour law and foundation in HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
* Experience in resolving employee relations issues
* Great collaboration and communication skills
* Fluency in German and good level of English
* Experience in our HRIS would be an asset
