As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales efforts and ensuring seamless internal processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
* You will act as the primary point of contact for sales support and training on our product configurator.
* Drive definition, pricing, and quote generation for non-standard configurations.
* Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to conduct feasibility checks and design solutions.
* Test new configurator releases and set up new products.
* Support sales teams after new product releases.
* Optimize and improve internal processes.
* Coordinate customer inquiries and activities.
* Provide technical clarification and support for account managers.
* Assist in preparing customer projects, orders, and negotiations.
* Participate in key customer meetings.
* Track installed base and manage demos/assets.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Teamwork and collaboration.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
* Fluent English language skills. German is an asset.
* Industry experience and knowledge of test equipment are valuable assets.
* Will to travel up to 30%.
