Responsibilities Lead a multi‑year commercial transformation programme to embed world‑class capabilities across sales, marketing, pricing, and revenue management. Shape commercial strategies that fuel growth across existing categories while building momentum in new and adjacent spaces. Redesign route‑to‑market strategies, expanding reach in e‑commerce, modern trade, and emerging channels. Champion the use of advanced analytics, digital platforms, and AI‑driven insights to enhance customer engagement and drive precision execution. Establish a global commercial excellence framework, ensuring consistency while adapting to local market dynamics. Partner with C‑suite, business unit leaders, and category teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Ideal Candidate Proven track record in global or multi‑market commercial transformation within FMCG or a similarly complex, multi‑category organisation. Strong background in strategy consulting, commercial excellence, or senior P&L leadership, ideally with exposure to category growth and market entry. Experience building new categories, brands, or business models alongside strengthening core portfolios. Exceptional leadership skills: able to inspire, influence, and mobilise senior stakeholders in a matrix environment. Commercially astute, digitally fluent, and entrepreneurial in approach.
