We are looking for a skilled IT professional to lead our AI-Driven IT Service team.
As an AI-Driven IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing data solutions that meet business requirements, contributing to initiatives, product development, and data analysis projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes on internal and external projects.
* Maintain data compliance and adhere to governance and security standards, ensuring SLA adherence and optimizing IT support processes.
* Configure and enhance AI Assistant workflows to automate recurring IT tasks and improve service efficiency, leveraging tools like Tableau or Power BI to analyze service data and enhance IT performance.
* Drive innovation by staying up-to-date on evolving tools and methodologies, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements:
* University degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
* Solid understanding of IT service management practices (ITIL), including incident and problem management, service request handling, and SLA monitoring.
* Hands-on experience configuring AI-driven systems or chatbots to automate IT support processes.
* Skilled in integrating systems using APIs and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
* Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and a keen eye for details.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French and German an advantage.
