Your tasks
8. Receiving and coordinating support requests via service desk and on-site support
9. Ensuring the stability, security, and availability of the network environment
10. Independent analysis, diagnosis and sustainable resolution of complex technical problems
11. Active participation in rollout and migration projects, especially in the replacement and upgrade of end devices.
12. Execution and monitoring of backup and restore processes
13. Installation, administration and configuration of Windows operating systems, as well as their verification
14. Maintenance, updating and creation of technical documentation, installation instructions and the knowledge database
15. Structured troubleshooting and fault correction in IT systems
16. Training, consulting and technical support for colleagues in the use of IT systems
Your profile
17. Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration or IT systems electronics technician, or alternatively a comparable qualification.
18. Several years of professional experience in IT support, ideally in an industrial environment
19. Experience in service desk and onsite support
20. Solid knowledge of the administration, installation and configuration of Windows operating systems
21. Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 and Intune
22. Basic understanding of network technologies (LAN/WLAN, IP, DNS) and IT security concepts
23. Fluent English and good German skills, both spoken and written.
