Your responsibilities
Expand pipeline of PPA transactions in Germany by developing strong relationships with counterparties and understanding their commercial requirements
Coverage of other Central European markets in accordance with portfolio growth strategy.
Originate other types of power transactions (e.g. BESS/Flex) in accordance with Power portfolio strategies
Develop relationships with owners who have renewable assets under EEG in Germany
Execute transactions with counterparties, adhering to all internal operational and compliance processes
Provide market intelligence to Uniper’s power portfolio teams to help define product and portfolio strategy
Champion constant process improvement to manage high deal flow
Your profile
Degree in a relevant discipline
Significant experience in German power markets and understanding of regulatory developments with strong network of relationships with project developers and renewable asset owners
Familiarity with master enabling agreements, such as EFET, ISDA etc.
Understanding of risk concepts including credit, market, liquidity and operational risks
Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude
Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative way of working
Fluency in German and English
