Your seat to fill:
* Leading a team of web and mobile app developers
* Further develop existing web & app solutions as well as lead the design and implementation of new solutions for Cybex
* Further develop crucial internal web & app development competencies in accordance to the cybex digital strategy
* Take over end-to-end development responsibilities for web & app area (e.g. SFCC, mobile app development, custom applications)
* Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and capture business needs
* Oversee code quality, security, technical documentation and updates on supported applications
* Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands in close cooperation with peers
* Present solutions and estimates to IT leadership, business process owner, and service owners in order to gain approval or rejection for the realization
* Ensure adherence to IT processes as well as policies, principles, and guidelines

* Proven leadership experience in managing web and mobile development teams.
* Extensive knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies
* Strong understanding of mobile development platforms
* Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, including AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
* Project and Stakeholder management skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Experience with UX/UI principles and user-centered design is a plus
* Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous
