About the Role
As Portfolio Manager (f/m/x), you will focus on our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) venture within Enpal. You will work closely with lenders and senior leadership, and gain hands-on experience in structured finance - all within a dynamic, fast-growing environment where your work directly impacts business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in overseeing C&I lease portfolios, ensuring accurate reporting, timely payments, and covenant compliance.
* Support monitoring of loan agreements and help implement risk mitigation measures.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including controlling and cash collection, to maintain reliable financial data.
* Review and validate financial reports under the guidance of senior colleagues, ensuring alignment with investor expectations.
* Gain hands-on exposure to structured finance, SPV structures, and portfolio operations.
* Support reporting to lenders, equity partners, and senior management with clear and concise analyses.
* Contribute to process improvements and development of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Qualifications
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or a related area.
* Exposure to portfolio monitoring, cashflow analysis, structured finance, or SPV operations.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with complex financial data.
* Fluent in English; fluency in German is a strong plus.
