About the Role
The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing our telecoms fixed voice and data products' portfolio to ensure efficient development, profitability, maximum sales, and minimum churn.
* Define and execute the product roadmap by partnering with technical leads to design robust services that are secure, scalable, and aligned with telecoms best-practices.
* Collaborate with architects and engineers to prioritize features, improvements, and service evolution while owning the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering and service definition to launch, iteration, and decommissioning.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to continuously improve offerings and ensure services are compliant with regulatory, security, and operational standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in product management in the telecoms industry.
* Strong expertise of fixed-line technologies, broadband, VoIP, and network infrastructure.
* Good understanding of emerging trends like IoT, 5G, cloud-based technologies.
* Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
* Proficient in utilizing corporate AI assistants and other productivity tools.
* Excellent business acumen.
* Excellent presentation skills and autonomy.
* Fluent in English and French.
