The Assistant Store Manager is a key role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, operational expertise, and creative flair. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the store's performance and providing exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes.
As a creative expert, you will leverage your skills to update floor sets, provide styling recommendations, and develop product knowledge. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing talent, driving engagement, and promoting from within. With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Drive sales results through analysis and optimization of store operations
 * Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
 * Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
 * Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
 * Recruit, train, and develop talent, driving engagement and promotion from within
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
 * A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
 * CEFR B2 fluency in English and German
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
