The training is practice-oriented and includes theoretical and practical training sections. The following topics are covered:
* Verwaltungsorganisation und Arbeitsabläufe
* Recht und Rechtsanwendung
* Personalangelegenheiten
* Wirtschaft / Verwaltungswirtschaft
* Wahlpflichtfächer (Polnisch oder Verwaltungsenglisch)
The training is divided into at least three internships. These should be completed in various business areas and on different levels of the state administration.
With successful completion of the career path examination, you will receive recognition of the qualification for the middle general administrative service in the Land Brandenburg.
