Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding customer relationships.

Your key responsibilities include:

* Conducting market research to identify business opportunities with existing and new customers.
* Developing and implementing a growth strategy to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of current market conditions to stay ahead of competitors and anticipate potential commercial opportunities.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop new business leads and provide exceptional after-sales service.
* Attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and expand your network.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A proven track record in sales and business development.
* A strong network of professional contacts within the industry.
* An excellent understanding of products and services required by clients.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
* Proven negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
* A high level of integrity and ethics.
* A relevant degree in Business or Finance.
* Fluency in English, with any other language seen as an advantage.
* A client-centric approach and a results-driven attitude.
* Rigorous organization and attention to detail.
* The ability and willingness to travel.
