Role Overview
As the Lead / Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by leading and expanding our sales efforts, connecting businesses with their ideal office spaces in Berlin & beyond. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. This role is ideal for early Commercial Managers and mavericks eager to make an impact.
Responsibilities
1. Act on inbound leads with analysis and outreach via appropriate channels.
2. Ensure clients understand and communicate the value of flexible office solutions.
3. Conduct property tours and deliver presentations to potential clients.
4. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit.
5. Assess vacancies and profitability, collaborating on pricing and deal optimization.
6. Make outbound outreach based on potential leads.
7. Develop and expand the sales team to grow the business further.
8. Support expansion into new markets with insights on trends and competitors.
9. Travel and network (~25%).
Requirements
* High energy, excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent in German with strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Independent and transparent pitch and education skills with a consultative approach.
* 2-5 years proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, office space, B2B2X, or hospitality.
* Strategic, analytical, and goal-oriented negotiator.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
