Investor Relations Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the planning, organization and execution of investor relations activities.
Your Mission
* Support the planning, organization, and execution of quarterly earnings calls, investor roadshows, capital market events and broker conferences
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts and other stakeholders
* Prepare presentations and materials for quarterly and annual earnings releases in coordination with financial reporting and management
* Conduct industry analyses, monitor analyst reports and market sentiment
About the Role
This is a senior role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of the capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective investor relations strategies to enhance corporate reputation and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investor interactions, including meetings, phone calls and emails
* Provide timely and accurate information to the investment community through press releases, investor presentations and other communications
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant field such as finance, business or economics
* At least 5 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
