Job Description
A fast-growing international mobile games company is looking for a Senior Marketing Artist to create high-performing marketing creatives for casual and hybrid-casual mobile games with a global audience.
The team combines expertise in game development, design, and performance marketing to build engaging products with strong monetization. The company operates within a larger international tech ecosystem and leverages advanced advertising technologies to scale user acquisition.
Responsibilities
* Create and execute engaging, user-focused marketing concepts for live mobile games
* Produce high-performing 2D and 3D video ads for large-scale user acquisition campaigns
* Analyze trends across mobile gaming, advertising, and social media platforms
* Generate and pitch new creative ideas; iterate based on performance data
* Monitor creative performance and optimize content using data-driven insights
* Work with modern AI tools to enhance creative production
* Build and optimize scalable AI-assisted workflows (e.g., generative pipelines)
* Contribute to raising the overall creative quality through feedback and hands-on work
Requirements
1. Strong creative background combining visual design, marketing, and trend awareness
2. Ability to create attention-grabbing, high-conversion visuals
3. Experience in mobile games or strong understanding of mobile gaming market trends and KPIs
4. Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, and other Adobe Suite products
5. Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Unity or similar)
6. Ability to create full creative concepts end-to-end (from idea to final asset)
7. Experience or strong interest in generative AI tools and workflows
8. Data-driven mindset with a focus on testing and iteration
9. Strong portfolio with marketing creatives (video ads preferred)
