1. Literature and database research to identify publicly available datasets for initial integrative analysis
2. Design cross-site preprocessing and harmonization pipelines for multi-omics and functional drug screening data.
3. Perform integrative analysis to identify hallmarks and downstream functional analysis ( gene set enrichment analysis) for biological interpretation.
4. Collaborate closely with European partners (Heidelberg, Düsseldorf, Helsinki, Stockholm, Milan, on federated, privacy-compliant data sharing.
5. Document analysis results and prepare scientific publications.
6. Master degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, or related field.
7. Experience inbulk/single-cell multi-omics data analysis and/or drug screen data processing.
8. Experience in R or Python programming.
9. Strong interest in translational cancer research and working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
