HSEQ Manager (all genders)
* Define quality requirements for electrical equipment in collaboration with Engineering, EPC, Procurement, and HSE teams
* Support supplier selection by acting as the quality subject matter expert for electrical components and systems
* Ensure safety compliance by contributing to safety case development and supporting investigations into incidents, non-conformances, and root causes
* Lead quality assurance activities for assigned packages (e.g., wind rurbines and / or cables), including implementation of the project quality plan and inspection & test plans
* Manage non-conformities, including escalation, rejection, and blocking of non-compliant deliverables when required
* Drive HSEQ strategy and compliance, embedding HSEQ systems into project operations through audits, KPIs, inspections, and reporting
* Oversee contractors and suppliers, including audits, compliance assessments, and continuous improvement actions across the value chain
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a technical subject (e.g., marine, electrical or mechanical engineering, architecture, physics, etc.), but without excluding specifically any other studies
* Proven experience in project quality assurance, ideally in offshore wind or related manufacturing industries
* Hands-on familarity with product inspection, manufacturing or manufacturing control, quality assurance, and testing of electrical components, preferably high-voltage components or subsea transmission cables
* Strong understanding of statutory, regulatory, and international quality standards.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, fluency in English (German is a plus) xkxcfiw
* Analytical and proactive dexterity with the ability to work across multiple teams to ensure correct product delivery and installation
