The ZEOS Logistics department is responsible for all partner-facing Zalando Logistics Solutions. Strengthened by this successful growth, we have started the next step in our journey - expanding our business outside of the Zalando ecosystem, exploring both physical and digital services.As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (B2B), you will:WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)Develop the overarching ZEOS positioning (in close collaboration with the Content Marketing team) and positioning & messaging for individual ZEOS products.Develop and execute a product marketing release strategy, incl. release prioritization, intake processes, launch templates, and channel & content mix.Plan and communicate releases for new products and features (with support from another Product Marketing Manager).Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy in close alignment with Sales.Work with an agency to develop and maintain assets and materials to support Sales with customer acquisition (pitch decks, one-pagers, competitor comparisons, explainer videos, demos, etc.).Connect with Sales to find success stories within the existing customer base, and work with customers to develop case studies in various formats.Work with Analytics to find relevant data points and create data-driven stories to showcase the value of our products.Develop strong relationships and ways of working with the Strategy, Product, Sales and Analytics teams.YOUR PROFILE6+ years of experience in B2B product marketing.Native or near-native English speaker, with strong communication skills and a knack for compellingly presenting complex ideas.Live & breathe customer insights and have extensive experience conducting research.Confident in managing cross-functional processes and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Hyper-growth startup background is highly desirable - thrive in ambiguity and possess a hands-on mentality; love both strategy and operations.Self-starter with ability to execute multiple projects with tight deadlines and focus on business results.OUR OFFERZalando provides a range of benefits, here’s an overview of what you can expect.
