1. Lead all finance functions across the global t:m Group
2. Ensure transparency through financial reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis
3. Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS, HGB, and local GAAP
4. Ensure full tax compliance and timely reporting (e.g. VAT, withholding tax)
5. Drive continuous improvement and scalability of finance processes and systems
6. Ensure adherence to internal policies and corporate governance standards
7. Oversee accounting operations, treasury, and resolution of complex issues
8. Act as primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, and shareholder finance
9. Lead, develop, and empower an international, cross-functional finance team

10. Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or with similar qualifications
11. 7–10 years of experience, including leadership in finance or controlling preferable
12. Strong knowledge of IFRS, HGB, tax compliance, and governance
13. Proven strategic thinking and business partnering skills
14. Proficiency with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
15. Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus
16. High intercultural competence and ability to lead in a matrix organization
17. Willingness to travel internationally
