Are you looking for a challenging role where you can make a significant impact? In this position, you will be responsible for promoting sustainable growth within the TCG (Target Customer Group) Infrastructure & Energy in the DACH region.
* We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative who has a strong understanding of coating systems and application processes.
* Responsibilities include acquiring new customers in the DACH region with a clear hunter mentality and a strong focus on results.
* You will establish and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
* Develop a deep understanding of all customer applications and deliver value through technical coating expertise.
* Translate technical requirements into customized coating solutions.
* Implement Teknos' commercial strategy and capture synergies across the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acquire new customers in the DACH region with a clear hunter mentality and a strong focus on results.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
3. Develop a deep understanding of all customer applications and deliver value through technical coating expertise.
4. Translate technical requirements into customized coating solutions.
5. Implement Teknos' commercial strategy and capture synergies across the DACH region.
Requirements:
* A successfully completed degree in Chemistry and/or Sales or comparable training.
* Long-standing professional experience in B2B technical sales in the metal coating and/or industrial coating industry, ideally in the Infrastructure & Energy segment.
* Strong understanding of coating systems and application processes.
* Proven track record in new customer acquisition and regional business development.
* Residence in the DACH region, driver's license class B, and high willness to travel.
* Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
* High degree of initiative, entrepreneurial, innovative mindset, and quality awareness.
