Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain Customer Fulfillment metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities by linking operations and financial data
2. Communicate data insights clearly to drive business actions
3. Build trust with partners to influence strategic decisions and cost reductions
4. Identify risks, evaluate impacts, propose changes, and implement improvements in ambiguous data environments
About the team:
We are the EU Reverse Logistics (ReLo) Finance team overseeing Customer and Vendor Returns across the EU and UK. We operate as the financial nervous system of the ReLo network, identifying cost-saving opportunities from transportation to operational processes within Fulfillment Centers.
Qualifications:
* A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
* Experience in finance roles, stakeholder collaboration, and managing people
* Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, or Tableau
* Financial modeling experience
* Advanced degree (e.g., CA, CMA, CWA, MBA) preferred
* Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and large organizations
* Ability to communicate complex information to senior stakeholders
