Leading the regional service MSA (Maintenance and Service Agreement) Sales along with Turbines Sales and reporting to the Director Global Service Sales. Main responsibility is to secure regional MSA OI targets in line with Turbines Sales Targets while balancing favorable Service T&Cs with low Risks and high EBIT targets, ensuring that all the quotes are issued according to NX guideline. Building close customer relationships and strong network with NX deal teams are key to success.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Providing pricing quotes, including terms and conditions for new MSA and renewals
2. Aligning regional pricing and T&Cs strategy with turbine sales and service operations
3. Leading a team of MSA Negotiators
4. Defining deal strategies for new MSA projects and contract renewals
5. Ensuring negotiated contracts comply with approved terms and conditions, and supporting contract amendments and renegotiations
6. Reviewing and managing the approval of tenders' submissions
7. Managing the gate process for the region of responsibility
8. Consolidating market feedback and requirements for continuous improvement of service offerings and operational performance, as well as market intelligence
Qualifications:
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or international commerce; engineering degrees are preferred
* Strong relationship-building skills with experience in long-term customer relations and excellent communication abilities
* Excellent contract negotiation skills
* Leadership qualities, ability to maintain momentum and deliver results, with effective stakeholder management
* Persistent, determined, and resilient
* Extensive technical experience in the wind industry
* Good judgment and decision-making skills
* Excellent analytical thinking
* Strong organizational and planning skills
